We respect your privacy and take data protection very seriously.  The only information we store is your:

• Address

• Telephone number(s)

• Email Address

 

None of this will ever be released to any third party.

Every year a new blank club membership database is created, which is then used to store that year's members' information.  The previous year's data is archived for one year and then deleted.
